Michelle Lucco

LPC-A

I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I am a compassionate and experienced licensed therapist with a commitment to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals and couples seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. Specializing in Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with clients to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, empowering them to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.

With experience supporting individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Dual Diagnosis (co-occurring mental health and substance use issues), I take a holistic approach to treatment. I am EMDR trained, and work with clients to help them heal from emotional distress and symptoms of traumatic life experiences. By integrating a variety of therapeutic techniques, including CBT and mindfulness strategies, I offer tailored treatment plans to help clients better manage their emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

In addition to traditional mental health concerns, I am also passionate about working with individuals and couples navigating Open Relationships, Non-Monogamy, Sex-Positive, Kink Allied and other relationship structures. I offer support to those exploring alternative relationship models, providing a compassionate, affirming environment to address the unique challenges that come with non-traditional dynamics. With a focus on fostering growth, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience, I am dedicated to helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or navigating a dual diagnosis, I am here to provide you with the tools and support you need to thrive.
